Dennis has been coaching and training sales teams to higher levels of performance for over 23 years. Through his keynote addresses, facilitation and coaching, Dennis is able elicit cultural change by transferring his skills and winning attitude to executives and sales professionals across organizations and industries. Dennis has developed an expertise in the call center, technology and direct sales industries and has consulted for a range of clients including Convergys, Charter Communications, American Modern Insurance Group, Rewards Network and the University of Phoenix.
Prior to joining OutSell, Dennis was President of Priority Management, a management training and consulting firm. He also managed, coached and sold for 3M, Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Sprint and ADP.
Dennis is a Master Level 5th Degree Black Belt and State Champion in Taekwondo. He lives in Chesterfield, Missouri with his wife Dana and three children, Jennifer, Joshua and George Ryan.
