Mark Woodland - Chief Operating Officer

Mark is a consultant and coach to senior managers, sales leaders and sales people globally.  He has built call center operations and trained over 10,000 call center agents and over 2,000 call center managers worldwide.  Mark has worked on projects in Mexico, Costa Rica, Bermuda, Jamaica, St Lucia, Europe, India, Philippines, USA and Canada.  His experience running multiple sales teams in addition to his involvement in many large scale clients across industries, give Mark an opportunity to leverage a unique blend of operational and consulting experience with each of OutSell’s projects.

Before coming to OutSell, Mark ran an extensive sales operation for one of the country’s oldest Direct Response companies.  Prior to that he managed sales teams in both the call center and outside sales space.  Mark brings over a decade of call center and sales management experience to OutSell.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Economic Theory from Utah State University and currently lives in Northern Utah with his wife Sebrina and their five children.
