Jeff is a facilitator and coach at OutSell. He has significant experience in call center and direct sales environments where he has worked with travel, insurance, and communication companies. Some of those clients he has had the privilege of working with include Charter Communications, RCI Global, Anthem Blue Cross, Hotels.com. and Cox Communications.
Jeff excels at conducting high energy, engaging training sessions. He has worked with thousands of client facing representatives and conducted 3000 plus hours of in the classroom training. When not in the class room Jeff is conducting 1-on-1 coaching interactions in which he is driving leaders and managers to new levels of coaching performance and helping OutSell clients achieve sustainably higher levels of performance. His clients describe him as genuine and always “on”.
Jeff’s past experience includes roles as a sales representative for PAHIO, the largest independent land developer in Hawaii and for WestGate Properties in Park City, Utah.
When not on the road Jeff can be found in Salt Lake City with his wife Tricia and his two children taking advantage of Utah’s diverse outdoor environment. Jeff has climbed mountains from Alaska to Europe, and is an expert skier and an accomplished rock climber.
